Brett D. Forman
Mr. Forman previously worked in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions at Bear Stearns & Co., as a Principal at Sylvan Ventures, LP, a $350 million venture capital firm and as President & COO of FEI, Inc and County Seat Stores. Following his entrepreneurial instincts, Mr. Forman founded Forman Capital, LLC in 2005.

Mr. Forman graduated University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School with a B.S. in Economics and a concentration in Real Estate Finance.

J.M. Schapiro
Mr. Schapiro started at Continental Realty Corporation in 1991 and was responsible for financing, leasing and development of all property types. From 1995 to 1998, J.M. was the vice president of real estate for Sylvan Learning Systems, Inc. J.M. returned to Continental in 1998. As the president of CRC, J.M. heads the executive management team and oversees long term and strategic planning of the company. J.M. has a B.A. from Bucknell University and an MS in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins Univesrity
